we greatly enjoyed staying here, it's well priced and ideal hotel with pleasant staff at check-out. the food provided was good! next to a train station, the location was fantastic and favourable, by the trainstation.

Fairly clean, low cost hotel with magnificent location to get around by public transport. Had neat room with a comfortable bed for a good stay of 4 nights. Location right by metro and Hamburg at 4 am.

The room was a good size and well-organized with a comfortable bed. the hotel is located within walking distance of Das Schauspielhaus.

Reception-people were very friendly and correct. Breakfast was correct.

Rooms very old. Telephone was very old and not working, only as decoration. No remote control for TV available. At 09:00 in the morning on Sunday I was woken up by the clean-service telling me that I was to leave the room immediately, because she had to clean. She was knocking at all the doors.

The hotel had a clean environment and the staff was understanding during check-out. the room was spotless and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. - the room included a small refrigerator, a kettle, and instant coffee. - There was a variety of food available at breakfast, including breads and cereals. - the location was fantastic, situated in the St Georg district near common areas, the main railway station, restaurants, and the underground.

The staff was efficient and friendly, the room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was good. Very close to the trainstation and town. I will recommend it to anybody!

Conveniently situated right next to the main train station and a popular shopping street. super close to the station! 🚉

We only stayed here for 1 night, as we didn't have time, nonetheless everything was very good. the room with central heating, television, and coffee/tea making equipment was really bright and fairly quiet. the location was good and magnificent, close to Hamburg main station. It was nice that it was near underground and a metro stop and buses.

Area very seedy at night, full of street walkers, casinos and druggies. The room was poorly finished. The breakfast was poor by German standards. The lift wasn't operable after 10:30pm so had to use the stairs. Overall the place was very poor value for money. I have stayed in a lot better hotels that costs me less and were in a similar central location.

Well located for city and transport. Bedroom was very quiet, breakfast was OK.

Area is a little sleazy, Hotel looks a bit tired and staff could show some interest in customers. Room very small but OK for 2 nights.
